The shift

We work with business owners, and the work starts with your books.

That sounds like the simple part. It usually isn't. Most businesses outgrow their bookkeeping long before the owner notices. The categories things get filed under were set up years ago by whoever came first and never revisited. There are three companies now instead of one, with money moving between them and nothing tying it together. Inventory, jobs, customer deposits, the money you take out of the business, all recorded loosely enough that you can pull a report but you can't really rely on it.

So that is what we do. We rebuild the books properly and keep them that way. Everything organized the right way, closed and checked every month, with the messy parts sorted out instead of dumped into a miscellaneous pile. One company or five, same standard.

Everything else runs on that. Your tax return gets filed on time because the year is already finished, not pieced back together in March. Your sales tax and payroll filings are right because the numbers behind them are right. When you ask whether you can afford to hire someone, we answer from your actual numbers instead of starting from scratch.

Clean books are not the exciting part of what we do. They are what makes every other answer worth anything.

How we engage

Start with Foundation. Then choose your plan.

Every relationship begins with a foundation — clean books, a correct structure, systems that produce numbers you can trust. From there the monthly plan matches what the business actually needs.

Custom quote

We review how your accounting is set up today and rebuild it into a structure designed for your business: the right chart of accounts, entity setup, and systems, wired to produce clean, meaningful numbers. Get the structure right once, and every report, tax return, and decision that follows gets easier.

Every engagement starts with Foundation. We get your structure, systems, and books set up correctly first — so when your monthly plan kicks in, it's running on a clean, reliable base from day one rather than building on a shaky one.

The flagship

Most businesses do not need a full-time CFO. Almost all of them need CFO thinking.

A bookkeeper records what happened. An accountant files it. A CFO helps you decide what happens next. We do all three — which means the forecast is built on books we maintain, not numbers we were handed.

Business advisory services
  • Rolling 12-month forecast, revised monthly
  • Cash-flow runway you can actually see
  • Scenario modelling before you commit
  • Monthly leadership meeting
  • Lender and buyer-ready reporting
